Hotel Bookings Dashboard - Tableau Project

On this project I created a dashboard in Tableau for a fictional hotel business. The analysis focuses on the booking trends of this fictional hotel business.

Feature Explanations

• Bookings Per Month Line Chart

  • A line chart to compare the total bookings for the two hotel types that this fictional hotel business owns.

  • This will help scope out seasonal trends as the line chart is separated by months and years.

• Revenue by Hotel Type and Country Bar Graph

  • A Bar Chart to show the total revenue by hotel type in the different country locations of that hotel type.

  • This help see the countries that make the most and least money for the company.

• Booking Cancellations Heat Map

  • A heat map to visualize seasonal trends and cancellation patterns in the bookings dataset.

  • This help determine seasonal trends of booking cancellations to see which months have the most and least cancellations.

• Bookings Data Card

  • A data card to show basic booking information for the company, Including Total Bookings, Daily Average Rate per Booking, and Total Revenue.
