Hello, I’m Chad Wambles, a Business Analyst and emerging Product Owner based in Central Florida with 5 years of experience guiding cross-functional teams, shaping product strategy, and delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced, Agile environments. I focus on turning complex business needs into clear priorities, actionable requirements, and meaningful outcomes that drive organizational value.

I specialize in defining user stories and acceptance criteria, managing product backlogs, and facilitating sprint planning and UAT to ensure iterative delivery and stakeholder alignment. By collaborating across technical and non-technical teams, I work to balance user experience, business objectives, and technical feasibility, helping teams build the right solutions, not just working ones.

I’ve led efforts to design and implement dashboards, automated reporting, and process improvements that support better decision-making and operational efficiency. My toolkit includes Jira, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and SQL, which I use to transform data into insights and track product performance over time.

I hold an Associate degree in Computer Programming and Analysis and a specialization in Web Development from Seminole State College of Florida, along with an ECBA certification in Business Analysis from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
